A flat rate $9 AUD is applied for order under $99 AUD. You can expect to receive your good within 5+ working days after confirming your orderPlease allow an extra 2+ days for Rural delivery.
All Orders are tracked, we will email you tracking link after order has been shipped.
New Zealand: Order under $150 AUD - tracked flat rate $12 AUD 
Free delivery on all orders over $150 AUD.
International: Order under $200 AUD - tracked flat rate $35 AUD
Free delivery on orders over $200 AUD.
LOSS, REFUND & RETURN
Please make sure you type the correct address when placing an order. If the product is returned to us due to wrong address or non-collection you will be required to pay for shipping again or we can refund you the order amount less the shipping cost.

Exchange products due to the change of mind must be returned (at your own expense) in a new, unused, unopened condition and in original packaging.
Please choose the product carefully, due to customer safety and hygiene reason, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any products for change of mind and or items ON SALE/ DISCOUNT/ CLEARANCE. 
However, if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us ASAP with the proof of damages (within 7 days of receipt) for a solution. 
You are responsible for reporting any missing or non-delivery package within 14 days for Australia delivery, 30 days for New Zealand order and 70 days for International from the day of delivery. Please note that we are unable to replace missing or lost parcels for all non-tracked orders. You will not be able to claim on the parcel contents or the shipping cost for all non-tracked parcels.
Please be aware that any import duties/ taxes or customs charges are responsible by the customer, those fees are not covered or refunded by HSH BEAUTY and are beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries customs in a re-saleable condition we will refund you the value of the order less any shipping fees incurred to us.
