Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $99 AUD.
A flat rate of $12 AUD applies to orders under $99 AUD.
Rural Delivery: A surcharge of $2.50 AUD applies to rural addresses.
Estimated Time: Generally 5+ working days after order confirmation. Please allow an extra 2+ days for rural delivery.

Tracking: All orders are tracked. We will email you a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, you will be required to pay for shipping again, or we can refund the order amount minus the initial shipping cost.
Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not covered or refunded by La' Tui. If an order is returned by customs in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the order value minus any shipping fees incurred.

Change of Mind: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or returns for "change of mind," particularly on SALE, DISCOUNT, or CLEARANCE items.
Exchanges: Approved exchanges must be returned at your own expense in new, unused, and unopened condition within original packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Items: Please contact latui@mail.com with proof of damage within 7 days of receipt to arrange a solution.
Reporting Missing Parcels: You must report non-delivery within these timeframes from dispatch:
- Australia: 14 days
- New Zealand: 30 days
- International: 70 days
